President
Meaghan Mobbs, PhD
Meaghan Mobbs, PhD, is an experienced nongovernmental, policy and political leader. She’s a graduate of West Point, holds a masters in forensic psychology from George Washington University and a doctorate in clinical psychology from Columbia University. A Tillman Scholar and George W. Bush Veteran Leadership Scholar, she was the youngest-ever Presidential appointee to the United States Military Academy- West Point Board of Visitors and is a current Gubernatorial appointee to the Virginia Military Institute Board of Visitors. She has advised numerous state and national decision-makers on defense, national security, military family, and health-related issues. In this capacity she’s chartered relationships with the US Government, multi-national governments, legacy nongovernmental organizations, and donors. Her most recent humanitarian and diplomatic efforts directly contributed to the development of a unique humanitarian aid frontline implementor concept which resulted in the validated precision delivery of aid in hard to reach areas of Ukraine. She concurrently serves as Vice President for Client Strategies at LINK where she provides strategic advice on public affairs matters. Meaghan is known for her research into understanding the unique psychosocial stressors of service during a time of war and has frequently published on this topic. Meaghan is a former paratrooper and combat veteran who serves on the Board of multiple organizations dedicated to assisting service members in the transition to civilian life.

Vice President
Robert McCreary
Robert is a respected bi-partisan leader in Washington, DC who specializes in National Security and Defense. Robert serves on the advisory board of Rampart Aviation. He’s a member of the United States Overseas Security Advisory Council (OSAC-US Embassy Baghdad, Iraq). In December 2020, he was appointed to the United States Small Business Administration’s Regulatory Fairness Board, 3-year term. He serves on 3 committees helping small businesses: Small Business Access to Capital, Government Contracting and Small Business Outreach. And serves on the Advisory Board of Oakhurst Entertainment in Beverly Hills, CA. Previously, Robert was a senior partner at NEK Advanced Securities Group (NEK) where he helped grow the company to over $160mm in annual revenue with over 1,200 employees. He led sensitive operations, communications, government, and national security. He was a Presidential Appointee in the George W. Bush Administration and a Chief of Staff in the United States Congress. He served on dozens of assignments throughout the Middle East, Africa, and Europe/Eurasia. Robert’s a combat veteran and dedicated to helping active-duty military, US and NATO Veterans and their families through his board position with Pivotal Moments and “Charlie Mike.”

Director of Operations
Joseph ‘Joe’ Norbeck
Joe is an Operations and Intelligence SOF operator having served 27 years of continuous active service in the US Army. He has extensive combat experience leading small elite teams in hostile environments. He has deployed multiple times to Bosnia, Kosovo, Afghanistan, Iraq, and Africa leading high risk raids and sensitive mission activities. Joe has developed and led joint multinational task units for U.S. and International SOF in combat as well as peacetime operations.

Director of Strategy, Programs and Outreach; Women, Peace and Security Lead
Tori Hill
Tori is a seasoned humanitarian and experienced NGO, policy and program leader. She’s a graduate of Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies, with a masters in International Economics and Middle East Policy, as well as a master’s in Public Health and Disaster Management from Tel Aviv University. A U.S. Fulbright Scholar and Lucius Battle Scholar, she spent the last 10 years managing humanitarian relief and medical aid programs in refugee, IDP and conflict contexts throughout the Middle East, Africa and Europe. Tori has also worked as a foreign policy and non-profit professional in Washington, D.C., serving at the Near East Affairs Bureau, Women, Peace and Security and Trafficking in Person’s initiatives at the U.S. Department of State, alongside USAID’s DART teams, and as a policy and advocacy expert at NGOs, including Mercy Corps and International Justice Mission. Her work specifically focuses on global relief efforts and supporting vulnerable populations, such as women, children, displaced populations, and slavery/trafficking survivors. She concurrently serves as a Senior Research Specialist at DAWNING, where she provides research leadership, development and advises on projects involving issues of women’s rights and economic empowerment, displacement, climate change and conflict.

Director of Warehousing
Anthony ‘Tony’ Sundermeier
Tony is a proven leader, coach and passionate executive with deep international experience spanning Supply Chain, Sales and Marketing, Strategy, Operations, and Human Resources. He has held increasingly responsible positions, culminating with roles as Vice President of Operations and Vice President of Sales. Tony has a demonstrated history of winning in Semiconductors, Aerospace, Communications, Retail, and Sales and Marketing. His sales experience included Sweetheart Products, AT&T, McDonnell Douglas (now Boeing), Intel, Apple, and Raymour & Flanigan. Tony spent nearly 20 years at Intel where great results led to many opportunities across the globe and confirmed him as a trusted leader and coach, problem-solver and developer of high performing teams and great leaders.
Tony retired in 2018 to take care of his ailing dad who passed in November of 2021. The war in Ukraine and an unexpected contact brought him out of retirement in March 2022 to lead the conversion of an old manufacturing building into the preeminent Humanitarian Hub, Cross Dock and Warehouse in Romania providing aid to the people of Ukraine.

Senior Consultant – Medical Supply Chain Procurement and Logistics
Joana Vasques
Joana has a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management. She has been working with the United Nations for the past 5 years supporting different complex humanitarian operations as a logistics expert and data analyst. For the past 4 years, Joana has joined the UN-World Food Programme, the largest humanitarian organization, as supply chain planner and data analyst in the Middle East and the Horn of Africa. She has also led the logistics relief emergency response in Mozambique after the 2019 cyclones and in Ethiopia during the Tigray war outbreak in 2020-21. Currently, Joana has accepted the role at the UN-World Health Organization as the team lead for shipping and cold chain strategies responsible for the supply-demand, procurement, and shipping of medical aid drugs and supplies to 52 countries across the globe.
